Baked Corn dogs

Is it just me or do all families experience a virtual world war at every meal? Seriously, getting my toddlers to eat anything not loaded with sugar or chemicals is almost impossible. Recently I had a great coupon for Corn dogs, a food I never buy, mostly because I hate them, but also because as a family on a budget they are not worth the cost to me.  Since then, it seems to be all they want to eat (besides peanut butter by the spoonful). Here is my healthy-er solution to friend dough and hot dogs.

Baked Corn dogs

Grab a package of your favorite corn bread or make a batch from scratch. Our family favorite is Marie Callenders with Honey.
Dice up 4-6 raw hot dogs, ( we use turkey dogs)
I added a cup of shredded cheese and mixed everything together
bake in a muffin tin, if you are not using cupcake papers make sure to spray the pan with non stick cooking spray. Lastly bake for 12 min ( or follow baking directions on your cornbread )

I will try to share more toddler friendly meals as I find them.
